Scope
There has been an increasing demand for energy, human health, and environment drive developments. Nitrides (InN, GaN, AlN, and their alloys) and diamond semiconductors have a great potential to play a key role in making high-efficiency economic applications. This session will present the latest research activity ranging from crystal growth to device applications of nitrides and diamond semiconductors.
